About the Role:
The Construction Support Coordinator provides daytoday coordination and digital workflow support to Construction Managers (CMs) to ensure field execution remains safe compliant and on schedule. This role supports project workflows facilitates effective communication and manages key construction documentation and system processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain current construction plans schedules and scopes.
- Apply lessons learned to enhance future project execution.
- Triage and respond to stakeholder requests.
- Manage and support thirdparty system access requirements.
- Assign task owners and due dates within Kahua.
- Track deliverables across project gates and publish lookahead status updates.
- Onboard new users; troubleshoot access permissions and training issues.
- Drive training communications and followup reminders for inspectors and CMs.
- Support coating form improvements and QA reminders in partnership with the Kahua team.
- Drive completion of asbuilt documentation and required checklists.
- Clear deficiencies and ensure all turnover artifacts are finalized.
- Enter MOCs; assign stakeholders; follow up to ensure action closure.
- Coordinate meeting logistics for internal and project sessions.
- Record minutes and maintain an uptodate action register.
- Prepare and distribute decks notes and supporting materials.
- Coordinate departmental meetings and logistics.
- Track and maintain mandatory training status.
- Disseminate routine updates to the team.
- Maintain the organizational chart Inspector Database and Work Type Management Plans.
- Execute lowcomplexity projects and develop construction estimates under CM guidance.
- Manage discrete project components with oversight.
- Distribute AMP Active Dig Location KMZ updates to support field coordination (e.g. updates).
- Coauthor weekly portfolio updates for inclusion in POM Weekly Reports.
- Coordinate system access for new inspectors across Kahua Workday and other platforms.
- Assign mandatory Workday trainings per company policy.
- Track and monitor training completion for all AMP inspectors to ensure organizational compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding questions and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support timely and accurate onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- Postsecondary education with experience in pipeline or station construction.
- Minimum of 4 years of related construction experience.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong problemsolving skills leveraging standards modifications and prior experience.
- Effective at communicating technical issues and impacts to both technical and nontechnical team members.
Physical Requirements

- Grasping kneeling light to moderate lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Reaching above shoulders repetitive motion prolonged sitting or standing.
- Visual ability to read screens fine print detect color coding.
- Sufficient hearing for communication and operational awareness.
