Job Summary

Position: Project Leader - Construction
Location: Bowmanville ON (onsite)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:$58.00 - $65.00 p/h inc.

Deliverables

Lead and coordinate full lifecycle delivery of complex projects ensuring governance safety scope schedule cost and quality targets are achieved from initiation through closeout.
Develop and manage project plans estimates schedules risk strategies business cases procurement activities and contract management deliverables.
Coordinate stakeholders contractors regulators and cross-functional teams while leading meetings reporting progress and resolving project issues and changes.
Monitor project performance manage cost and schedule variances support approvals and permits and ensure completion of turnover documentation and project closeout activities.

Experience Required

68 years of project management experience delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects through all five project lifecycle phases.
Experience preparing cost estimates business cases procurement packages and managing RFP contract award and contract administration activities.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting forecasting risk management change control and governance frameworks.
Experience working in heavy industry infrastructure construction or similar environments involving large capital projects.
Strong stakeholder management leadership communication and problem-solving skills with experience managing competing priorities across scope schedule cost and quality.
