About the Team

You will join a dynamic data-driven team responsiblefor delivering data tools and analytical solutions that support bankersin their day-to-day decision-making and help solve complex businesschallenges.

The team works across the full data lifecycleincluding data feeds industrialization ETL pipelines datawarehousing and data visualization ensuring reliable high-qualitydata for business users.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer withhands-on experience in Python and ETL processes who is eager to grow ina collaborative business-oriented environment.

In this role you will help design develop and automatedata solutions working closely with stakeholders to understand their needsand translate them into efficient and scalable data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data tools and pipelines aligned with business requirements
• Support ETL processes and data feeds industrialization
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into data requests
• Contribute to data warehousing and data visualization initiatives
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
• Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the delivery process

Technical Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Python
• Exposure to ETL processes and data processing concepts
• Knowledge of PySpark is a plus
• Experience with SQL and database management principles
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Basic understanding of data visualization best practices

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
