Only candidates with prior Aerospace experience will be considered
Model: Fully Onsite
Scope: Full Time
Location: Switzerland
Responsibilities
Lead and provide technical guidance to a small team working on mechanical and/or electrical aircraft system integration
Support leadership activities such as workforce planning performance evaluations onboarding and team development
Carry out assembly tasks system testing troubleshooting corrective actions and quality checks
Ensure production orders are completed on schedule and in accordance with quality and safety requirements
Job requirements
Qualifications
5 years of practical experience in aircraft assembly or aircraft system integration.
Proficient in mechanical and/or electrical system integration processes and procedures with proven troubleshooting skills.
Experience with SAP - Advantage
Strong leadership abilities combined with effective teamwork communication skills integrity and a customerfocused mindset.
