TEAM MANAGER SALES



ROLE PURPOSE

As a Team Manager you are fully accountable for your teams performance culture and revenue results.

You lead from the front set the benchmark and drive consistent execution across your team. Your focus is on performance delivery coaching accountability and growth. You dont manage from behind a desk you build high-performing teams through presence action and leadership.

People dont follow instructions.
They follow standards.
You set the standard.

You will develop talent optimize daily performance and ensure your team consistently meets and exceeds targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and deliver daily weekly and monthly team sales performance
  • Lead by example on the floor through active coaching and engagement
  • Train coach and develop agents using live support call reviews and structured feedback
  • Drive accountability through clear KPIs scorecards and performance expectations
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans quickly
  • Motivate and manage high performance in a fast-paced target-driven environment
  • Ensure operational excellence and disciplined execution of company processes
  • Build a culture of ownership urgency and continuous improvement

  • Have 23 years experience in high-volume sales contact centre or upsell environments
