A hands-on and business-focused People Business Partner with deep experience supporting Go to market and G&A functionsin fast-growing tech environments. Based in Portugal this leader partners closely with leaders across EMEA to drive organizational effectiveness leadership support and scalable people solutions. They bring strong business acumen a track record of execution and the ability to influence and deliver outcomes across cultures and time zones.
Experience & Background
- 10 years of progressive HR/People experience including 5 years as a People Business Partner supporting technical organizations (Sales GTM FP&A AI or SaaS)
- Experience supporting leaders and teams in countries within the EMEA regions ideally within global matrixed tech / growth companies
- Demonstrated ability to execute organizational design change management and workforce planning initiatives that meet business needs
- Partnered on core people programs such as performance management engagement talent development and employee experience
- Strong track record of building trusted relationships with senior technical leaders and driving measurable business and people outcomes
