Job Summary
As the Manager People & Operations youll support the daytoday coordination of our Workplace Management Services (WMS) teams and help ensure our client accounts operate smoothly and consistently. Working closely with Account Managers and our corporate support teams youll play an important role in creating positive workplace experiences by helping keep our people processes and systems running effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of people support and practical operational work. Youll help implement policies and procedures assist with recruitment and onboarding and support training and performance activities. On the operational side youll contribute to reviewing processes supporting audits gathering data for reporting and assisting with rolling out improvements that make our teams more efficient and aligned.
With a strong focus on consistency communication and teamwork this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while applying your skills across workplace operations and experience HR and governance.
Qualifications :
- Experience in HR coordination people operations workplace operations or similar roles.
- Experience supporting recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
- Exposure to operational process improvement governance or compliance work.
- Experience working across multiple teams or stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
