As a Client Services Officer you will play a key role in supporting campus operations by coordinating facilities and maintenance service requests and ensuring a high standard of client service across Campus Life and Facilities operations. Here is how you will make it matter:
You will act as a first point of contact for facilities related enquiries providing timely accurate and customer focused support.
You will coordinate and manage service requests through the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) supporting effective scheduling and prioritisation.
You will ensure high quality data entry reporting and administrative support across facilities security access and minor works activities.
You will support procurement and financial processing activities ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures.
You will contribute to a collaborative Corporate Services team promoting safe ethical and professional practices at all times.

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

This is a continuing full time position primarily based at the Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan) campus.

Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $73623 - $77680 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $86138 - $90558 per annum.
