Job Summary

- Assist with setup preparation fit-up and layout of metal components under supervision
- Perform basic welding tasks using MIG TIG and Stick welding on simple projects
- Support fabrication and assembly of metal weldments according to blueprints and instructions
- Operate hand tools shop equipment and hydraulic brake presses safely
- Participate in on-the-job training to continuously build welding and fabrication skills
- 05 years of welding experience or relevant vocational training apprenticeship or internship
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and complex blueprints
- Basic knowledge of welding standards (AWS/ASME) safety regulations and quality requirements
- Familiarity with MIG and TIG welding techniques and a strong willingness to learn
- Dependable detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills
- Full-time position with stable working hours and overtime opportunities as needed
- Hands-on training and support toward AWS or ASME welding certifications
