As part of our ongoing global expansion planning we anticipate recruiting experienced sales leaders across FX payments and transaction banking. We will be hiring across London New York Amsterdam Abu Dhabi and East Africa. This is a registeryourinterest campaign designed to connect with exceptional talent ahead of live hiring.

What These Future Roles Will Typically Involve:
- Building new business pipelines via outbound prospecting referrals and market engagement
- Developing and delivering regional sales strategies across FX and payments
- Cultivating senior client relationships and leading complex negotiations
- Identifying and opening new markets opportunities and commercial partnerships
Representing CAB at industry events and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions
Qualifications :
What We Look For:
- Proven track record of originating and closing new client relationships (Banks Fintechs Corporates NBFIs)
- Experience selling FX or crossborder payment products
- Strong networks across emerging markets (especially Africa)
- Strategic thinking commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and operate effectively in fastmoving markets
