The Role
As a Senior Consultant L&D at SEEK reporting to the Head of L&D APAC youll be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment where you can make a real difference. Youll design and deliver immersive and multi-faceted programs to drive capability uplift and equip SEEKers face into complex challenges helping them grow as the business grows. This role is an individual contributor and will be based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia but will support across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion SEEKs learning culture strategy framework and roadmap to address current and future workforce skill requirements.
- Partner with key stakeholders to deeply understand current and future learning needs that will help the business achieve its strategic priorities.
- Apply instructional design techniques to create relevant and contemporary programs that meet the needs of our diverse learning community demonstrating a strong appreciation for cross-cultural and country nuances to drive the achievement of learning outcomes.
- Design and deliver scalable immersive and multi-faceted learning solutions that consider the full learner experience and journey.
- Maintain a facilitation practice at SEEK continuously bringing best practice thinking to improve the toolsets skillsets and mindsets of SEEKs facilitator bench.
- Guide and partner with L&D Coordinators to continually refresh and upkeep the L&D teams knowledge resources.
- Partner with the Talent & Leadership team to co-design and co-deliver learning modules for the leader population providing advice on content structure format delivery methods etc. Facilitate leadership programs as necessary.
- Work with the teams data analyst to identify measure and track key learning metrics and benefits realisation.
- Support other members of the broader Talent & Capability team contributing to and/or co-delivering on other initiatives where required.
The Team
- The Talent and Capability function is responsible for talent leadership development enterprise-wide learning and employee insights.
- The L&D team operates across APAC and consists of 2 Senior Consultants 3 Consultants and 2 L&D Coordinators.
- This role will deliver outcomes primarily for the L&D team as well as collaborate on joint deliverables across the broader Talent & Capability function.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (in a relevant subject such as Psychology Business etc.) and/or equivalent level of experience.
- >8 years experience in learning design and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design strategies and techniques.
- Extensive facilitation experience in various delivery environments (in-person virtual and hybrid) and across all levels of an organisation.
- Certification and/or experience with Gallup CliftonStrengths and coaching preferred but not essential.
- A stakeholder- and business-centric mindset with the ability to work across teams and cultures to address diverse needs in APAC.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Must be fluent in English.
