Job Summary

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

Brand Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans for Martell and The Chuan aligned with global strategies.
  • Lead market-specific initiatives for Macau tailoring brand activations to local consumer insights and market dynamics.
  • Monitor brand performance track market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Marketing Campaigns & Activations:

  • Create and execute integrated 360 marketing campaigns including digital social media PR events and in-trade activations.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality creative content and consumer engagements.
  • Plan and manage brand events launches and experiences that elevate brand equity and drive trial.

Commercial & Trade Development:

  • Work closely with the trade marketing and sales team to develop marketing programs promotional activities and channel strategies.
  • Ensure effective brand visibility and excellence in execution across key accounts including luxury hotels fine dining bars and retail.
  • Support new product launches and drive sell-in strategies with trade partners.

Budget Management:

  • Manage brand budgets efficiently ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI on marketing investments.
  • Monitor expenditures track campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with global brand teams to leverage best practices align on brand guidelines and secure support for local initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Finance Supply Chain and Digital to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of brand management experience preferably in the luxury spirits FMCG or premium consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in Hong Kong and/or Macau markets.
  • Strong understanding of the trade landscape consumer behaviour and digital marketing trends in Greater China.
  • Excellent project management analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); proficiency in Portuguese is a plus for Macau market.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and consumer engagement.
