W Hong Kong is hiring a Welcome Desk Manager.
Job Descriptions
- Handle guest interactions courteously and professionally; promptly address complaints and requests
- Oversee inspections of VIP rooms and suites to maintain service quality
- Ensure staff compliance with grooming and uniform standards; conduct regular meetings to keep talents informed
- Analyze online guest surveys to identify service issues and implement remedies.
- Develop and maintain training systems to equip talentswith necessary skills for efficiency
- Prepare P&L reports and talent appraisals; control room availability and rates
- Conduct performance reviews and identify personnel for career development opportunities
- Implement cost minimization strategies while ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards
Job Requirements
Experience - 5years or above work experience in related positions
Education -Diploma / higher diploma in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills -Fluent in Mandarin andEnglish
