W Hong Kong is hiring a Welcome Desk Manager.

Job Descriptions

Handle guest interactions courteously and professionally; promptly address complaints and requests
Oversee inspections of VIP rooms and suites to maintain service quality
Ensure staff compliance with grooming and uniform standards; conduct regular meetings to keep talents informed
Analyze online guest surveys to identify service issues and implement remedies.
Develop and maintain training systems to equip talentswith necessary skills for efficiency
Prepare P&L reports and talent appraisals; control room availability and rates
Conduct performance reviews and identify personnel for career development opportunities
Implement cost minimization strategies while ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards

Job Requirements

Experience - 5years or above work experience in related positions
Education -Diploma / higher diploma in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills -Fluent in Mandarin andEnglish
W Personality-Passionate Playful Audacious and Polished
W Look -Appear confident and well-groomed
