Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to support our Shipping & Receiving Manager in day-to-day warehouse operations. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

In partnership with the Shipping & Receiving Manager you will:

Track inbound and outbound materials to ensure accurate inventory flow
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
Load unload ship and receive warehouse materials
Optimize loads to improve operational efficiency
Adhere to all safety policies and management standards
Prioritize and coordinate production and shipping schedules

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment (manufacturing experience preferred)
Valid forklift certification required
High school diploma required
Advanced college coursework or related education is a plus

Skills & Abilities

Strong attention to detail and effective time management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Self-motivated team-oriented and flexible
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
