Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS:

Total experience of 8 years in
Experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
Strong understanding of RAG workflows (capable level) and Machine Learning fundamentals
Experience working with AI/ML product lifecycles including LLM applications and pipeline workflows
Proven ability to drive end-to-end program execution across cross-functional teams (ML backend infra product)
Strong experience in roadmap planning milestone definition dependency tracking and risk management
Hands-on exposure to AI/ML platform teams or products
Experience managing Scrum of Scrums OKRs sprint planning and delivery tracking
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills without authority
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
Ability to operate in complex high-scale and ambiguous environments with strong ownership mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own and drive end-to-end execution of AI platform programs
Lead program planning and execution across ML engineering infrastructure and product teams
Define and manage quarterly roadmaps milestones dependencies and risk plans
Run execution cadence including stand-ups sprint reviews OKRs and Scrum of Scrums
Partner with engineering leaders to unblock issues and accelerate delivery
Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment across business units
Track program progress and provide regular status updates and insights to leadership
Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation and de-risking strategies
Improve program governance execution frameworks and operational efficiency
Drive a culture of accountability ownership and delivery excellence

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
