What Youll Do
- Respond to all internet leads quickly phone email text and chat
- Follow up with leads at every stage from first inquiry through purchase
- Build rapport with online customers and convert them into showroom appointments
- Provide accurate pricing vehicle information and availability
- Maintain digital vehicle inventory across online platforms
- Track all customer interactions and lead activity in the CRM
- Coordinate with the sales floor for a seamless online-to-in-person handoff
What Were Looking For
- Strong communicator comfortable on the phone email and text
- Self-motivated with relentless follow-up habits
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with CRM systems and comfortable with technology
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
