Job Summary

Title: RM - CX - Sales & Digital Quality Engineer (Tester)
Location: Philadelphia PA (Hybrid)

POSITION OVERVIEW This role sits within the US-Comms Media & Technology group focusing on Sales & Digital Quality Engineering. The team is dedicated to maintaining high-performance digital properties through robust automation and accessibility testing within a dynamic SDLC environment.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and maintain complex automated scripts written in TypeScript executing via Playwright.
Act as a hands-on lead across multiple teams to ensure automation best practices are followed.
Identify capability gaps in testing processes procedures approaches and infrastructure.
Execute Accessibility Testing to ensure major digital properties remain compliant.
Investigate anomalies in testing throughput and document root causes.
Review production defects to determine preventative testing approaches or assets for future mitigation.

TOP 3 REQUIRED SKILLS

Test Automation (Selenium/Playwright): 7 years
TypeScript Scripting: 3 years
Lead Experience (Best practices/SDLC oversight): 2 years
