Fullstack Engineer

Tenderlink is Experians online marketplace for connecting businesses and opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Buyers in governments and organizations use Tenderlink to make sure they get the best value and relationships with their suppliers and suppliers use TenderLink to make sure they find every relevant business opportunity. We have ambitious goals for what we can deliver for our customers and were looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help shape the future of Experian Tenderlink.

TenderLink is entering a pivotal stage as we rebuild our entire platform from the ground up. Youll join us at a pivotal moment as we build the next-generation Tenderlink platform from the ground up. This is a true greenfield opportunitydesigning engineering and delivering entirely new product capabilities not just iterating on legacy systems. Youll collaborate closely with customers sales product and engineering to shape future experience and play a key role in defining how modern product development is done within our business.

What youll need to bring to the role & Experian

• 7 years of programming and application design experience with at least 5 years in large-scale IT environments.
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline.
• A commitment to security privacy and compliance standards (PCI/ISO/SOC).
• Familiarity with AI governance and safe use of GenAI tools in enterprise environments.
• A growth mindset and proven experience working in agile environments.

Work that matters - What youll be doing

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Product Engineering youll design build and operate customer-facing and internal platforms across the full stackUI APIs services and dataprimarily on the ecosystem and AWS Cloud environment. Youll also help the team safely leverage GenAI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot Cursor Lovable) to improve delivery velocity code quality and developer experience in line with our AI governance standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing secure perform a Core web /.NET Core C# DAPPER and APIs.
• Building modern front-end experiences with React and Typescript.
• Owning end-to-end delivery: requirements design implementation testing deployment and support.
• Modeling and optimizing schemas and queries on Microsoft SQL Server/SQL MI; integrating with internal/external systems via REST/SOAP.
• Deploying and operating solutions on AWS (Elastic Bean Stalk Lambda S3 SQS EKS ECR etc)
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines using Devops GitHub or Jenkins.
• Driving automated testing enforcing SDLC controls and secure coding practices.
• Using approved GenAI coding assistants to accelerate development without compromising security or privacy.
• Use approved GenAI coding assistants for boilerplate generation test scaffolding refactoring and code explanationswithout compromising security or privacy.
• Experience designing or integrating LLM-powered capabilities (e.g. code assistants RAG for documentation search test generation).
• Collaborating with product owners designers QA platform/cloud engineers and security teams.

• Expertise stack and modern front-end frameworks (React and Typescript).
• Solid understanding of OO principles design patterns and clean architecture.
• Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server SQL MI Postgres).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and IaC (Terraform/Bicep).
• Strong problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional accountable and committed to engineering excellence.

Qualifications :
