岗位职责

  完成前端设计芯片逻辑网表的物理级实现其中包括

1. 完成逻辑综合DC/Genus形式检证

2. 完成DFT构架SCAN/MBIST/ATPG可测性设计

3. 完成SDC编写时序收敛低功耗设计及STA Signoff验证

4. 协调前端/PR/验证/测试团队PPA迭代优化工作完成流片

5. 完成各类设计文档撰写

Qualifications :

任职要求

1. 电子电工类专业集成电路电子工程通信工程自动控制计算机电气自动化机电一体化等 本科以上学历

2. 在校期间电学主干课程电路理论数字电路模拟电路单片机原理成绩优异者优先

3. 参加过电子设计竞赛对电子技术领域有浓厚兴趣者优先

4. 了解DC/PT/Tempus/Formality/TetraMAX等工具优先

5. 熟悉TCL/Python/Linux/Verilog语言优先

6. 英语读写顺畅会日语优先
