Job Summary
Responsibilities and key activities required
1. Coodenate internally to support NPI &CR & Inhousing projectIn charge of leading Proto type making feasibility studybussiness case study.
2. Define and maintain process flow chart PFMEA base of flow and leverage RPN reduction based on related actions taken as tracked.
3. Develop work instruction by understanding specific client needs or technical specifications parts drawings and other engineering data
4. In charge of on Job training for operators digilization for paperless WI
5. Support Daily Management in the factory Troubleshooting in processes evaluate data identifying technical issues preparing reports
6. Maintain Manufacturing Master data and using Lean Six Sigma approach for continuous improvement
7. Analyze existing manufacturing process and develop recommendations for changes to working methods that will minimize costs and time taken; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
Competence & qualification requirement:
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering ( Mechanical Industrial)
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience from process engineering activities participating and managing development projects in production environment
3. Self-motivated task driven high degree of integrity sense of responsibility
4. Familiar with Digitalization IOT SAP MES or equivalent system
5. Knowledge of production methods process.
6. Fluent both in speaking and written English
Professional requirements
1. Konwledge of CAD/CAMVisual component is preferred
2. Understanding of common manufacturing methods and processes of mechanical parts
3. Problem sloving skills and communication skills
4. Lean certificate and Six sigma green belt is preferred
5. Project management skills and experience
