Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven professional to develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving or exceeding predefined sales objectives supporting the growth of our companys business across WD referencing range shelf activation and revenue management.
The role involves managing large national modern trade accounts and driving sales expansion by introducing new products organizing client visits and implementing effective sales tactics.
- Execute the assigned budget and achieve annual volume objectives in line with the companys sales and promotional policy.
- Implement the companys sales policy tailoring it to client-specific needs; defend PVPs negotiate net invoice amounts introduce new products close brochures and publications and develop other projects such as Management by Category.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts for clients and regularly monitor GTNs.
- Manage client budgets efficiently to maximize returns from each action.
- Conduct detailed analysis and maintain close follow-up of both category and competition within the sector.
- Collaborate with Merchandiser supervisors to clarify priorities provide sell-out data insights and optimize merchandising routes.
- Analyze the coffee market in Turkey and monitor competitors sales activities to maintain a competitive edge in Modern Trade key accounts.
- Support and inform the Trade Marketing Department regarding market and category requirements.
- Develop strong cross-departmental relationships to ensure smooth information flow between Trade Marketing Marketing Supply Chain and Customer Relations teams.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors Masters or MBA degree
- Min. 3 years of experience in Sales preferably within FMCG
- Trade marketing experience is an asset
- Experience in multinational and complex FMCG companies
- Good knowledge of coffee market
- Excellent command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong ability to work with Nielsen analyses
