As a Strategist II you will use enhanced knowledge of project complexity to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design execution and living design.
You will:
- Prepare materials for client presentations.
- Assist in developing conceptual design strategies and design criteria to empower and challenge our integrated design teams on their solutions.
- Gain knowledge of interior design phases from pre-design through construction.
- Collaborate with design teams to evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria.
- Develop and facilitate data collection through interviews focus groups end-user surveys observation and post occupancy evaluation.
- Objectively manage and analyze collected data through processes such as dashboards and visualizations.
- Prepare and support change management documentation.
- Gain knowledge of workplace trends and practices.
- Use a creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects within the scope of schedule and budget in an organized timely and consistent way.
- Self-check work for accuracy omissions legibility and for document compliance.
- Express curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
- Take increasing ownership on tasks within project teams and studio activities.
- Participate and collaborate in design reviews charettes and pin-ups.
- Keep open communication within team and with designated team leader.
- Communicate ideas and thoughts in a way that inspires others.
- Coordinate effectively with partners and consultants.
