Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support equipment startup and process qualification through hands-on testing and data collection
- Design execute and analyze experiments to improve line performance and product quality
- Identify root causes of manufacturing issues and implement process improvements
- Apply SPC DoE and Six Sigma methods to reduce variability defects and improve throughput
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology deployment and standard work development
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with manufacturing standards
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Mechanical Materials or Industrial Engineering
- Experience completing projects in a manufacturing environment
- Strong data analysis visualization and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to manage changing priorities and multitask effectively
- Self-starter with strong collaboration and influencing skills
