Job Summary

 

We are hiring a Senior Executive Corporate Sales to play a critical role in scaling our Corporate business in Pakistan. This is a frontline revenue role designed for someone who doesnt wait for instructions takes full ownership of outcomes and enjoys building business from the ground up.

You will be responsible for creating converting and scaling new corporate revenue streams through allowances gift cards vouchers and other corporate solutions. The role offers high visibility direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to build long term recurring GMV through strategic client relationships. If you enjoy owning targets building pipelines from zero and closing deals that matter this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end corporate sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build a strong predictable and scalable pipeline to consistently deliver new GMV
  • Drive month-on-month new GMV contribution aligned with business targets

New Business Acquisition

  • Identify prospect and onboard new corporate clients across key industries
  • Close deals across corporate allowances gift cards and voucher-based solutions
  • Convert opportunities into recurring long-term business partnerships

Deal Execution & Commercial Ownership

  • Lead negotiations on commercials pricing and deal structures
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live
  • Maintain full accountability for deal success post-closure
  • Lead Generation & Relationship Building
  • Actively work on inbound and outbound leads
  • Leverage internal networks referrals and cross-functional insights to unlock opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Data Reporting & Forecasting
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene with accurate deal stages and forecasts
  • Track conversions win rates and performance metrics
  • Use data to prioritize high-quality opportunities and maximize ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Management Finance Ops and Marketing teams
  • Align internal stakeholders to create customized win-win solutions for clients

Qualifications :

Experience

  • 12 years of experience in Corporate Sales B2B Sales Partnerships or Business Development
  • Proven ability to close deals and own revenue targets

Education

  • Bachelors degree (mandatory)

Skillset & Mindset

  • Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach follow-ups and closing conversations
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with strong pipeline discipline
  • High ownership resilience and a bias for action
