Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator youll evaluate user-generated content including text images and videos to ensure it aligns with company policies community standards and legal requirements. Your strong attention to detail balanced judgment and cultural awareness will play a key role in maintaining platform integrity and user safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Review: Assess user submissions to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Decision Accuracy: Make objective consistent and culturally aware moderation decisions.
Community Protection: Support a safe inclusive and respectful digital environment.
Process Adherence: Follow established procedures while adapting to updates in guidelines and priorities.
Case Escalation: Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases to specialized teams when necessary.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficiency in Romanian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
Skills: Strong critical thinking communication and decision-making abilities.
