Customer Service Representative (German Speakers) Porto | Maio
Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative you will:
- Provide top-notch telephone support to our customers in German.
- Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.
- Manage customer requests ensuring accurate updates in our systems (e.g. rate adjustments plan changes service activations and address modifications).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German: You must be able to communicate effectively in German (minimum C1 level). Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Telecom Interest: A genuine interest in telecommunications products and services.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy troubleshooting and configuring a variety of technical systems and devices.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 21:00).
- Personal Strengths: You are reliable punctual and customer-focused.
- Be available for regular commuting or to plan a relocation to the area of our offices in Porto.
