Job Summary

Position: Project Purchase Executive

Location: Gurgaon Haryana

Budget: 9 LPA To 11 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:
Tracking of pending deliveries and service contracts
Labour tracking and bill verification
Tracking of local ABG submissions
Import ABG tracking and payment processing
Processing and opening of Import LCs
Import shipment tracking and follow-up with freight forwarders
EPCG application data preparation and tracking
PBG tracking and related payments
Handling import order warranty extensions
Final payment clearance after LD (Liquidated Damages) or any other deductions

Skill Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Expertise in SAP and MS Excel
