Job Summary

Job Title: CSR - Spanish Bilingual

About the Client: Is a cloudbased fintech/payment software company that provides payment plan and payment management solutions for businesses. Its not a bank or a lending institution instead it enables companies (especially healthcare providers like veterinary clinics dental offices etc.) to offer customers flexible no creditcheck no interest payment plans while still getting paid in full.

Overview: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Spanish Bilingual plays a key role in supporting clients customers and account holders through timely communication accurate documentation and consistent followthrough. This role requires strong phone and text communication skills a high level of organization and the ability to manage delinquent accounts with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Communication Targets:
    • Manage and respond to incoming text messages promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain a minimum of 100 combined inbound and outbound calls per day.
    • Utilize automated text tools for delinquent account outreach as needed.
  • Delinquent Payment Management
    • Achieve a daily target of 50% Back on Track for delinquent payments.
    • Engage account holders with clear supportive communication to resolve missed payments.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Customer Followups: Conduct timely followups to resolve outstanding issues or questions.
    • Documentation: Accurately record all customer interactions payment updates and account notes.
    • Calendar & Deadline Management: Assign followup dates to each ticket to ensure consistent progress.
    • Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on policies procedures and system updates.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support department goals and share best practices.
    • Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to help improve processes tools and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English ability to communicate fluently with Spanishspeaking customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage highvolume communication in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problemsolving mindset with a customerfirst approach.
  • Experience in customer service collections or callcenter environments is helpful but not required.

Schedule: Night Shift (US Time)
