As part of the One Team Sales (OTS) setup one of the key outputs will be collaborating with our Area Sales team/other functions in service centers (GSC) for executing sales support tasks and commercial activities from start to finish.


Process Expert OTS - Spanish

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Sales administration and transactional support for sales support activities end to end.

  • Provide support to the team in terms of collaborating with internal/stakeholders for enhancement and smooth functioning of our day-to-day business.

  • Coordinate through various channel with internal teams/sales community for effective collaboration and deliver solution for the customers and segments needs.

  • Engage with frontline sales and other stakeholders effectively for maximum collaboration for any issues or any proactive approach to be driven to manage or day-day business affair.

  • Analyze feedback from customers from various channels to identify areas of improvement and execute solutions effectively.

  • Maintaining details in systems related to sales support activities.

  • Need to do multi-tasking to meet any business deadlines/sales support task assigned.

  • Responsibility to carry out various sales support task and commercial activities from start to finish.

  • Drive initiatives/squads/projects and spoc related activities.

  • Responsible to drive business and customer needs through positive customer experience and effective sales approach.

  • Having regular communication with Customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate sales solutions to increase volumes and share of wallet.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelors Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain related fields preferred or any course. College undergraduate is also acceptable.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English Language in verbal and written.

  • At least 2 years of work experience- BPO/Logistics or Other Industries in Customer Service Collections. Having upselling or Sales background is an advantage.

  • Industry experience in any of the following: Supply Chain Ocean Carrier Transportation Logistics & Shipping Logistics is highly preferred.

  • Nice to have Experience using any CRM especially AFLS Athena MePC CMD (Customer Master Data) Web Based Maersk System SAP BI

  • Must be proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel Word and Outlook and Powerpoint.

  • Amenable to work on mid shift to night shift and WFO (Work From Office) set up.

  • Open to work in Pasig City.

Customer Success Partner - Spanish

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. They will support and work together with the Area Sales/other functions in service centers (GSC) Team to ensure that assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with Maersk solutions.

Ensures Client Managers are supported using the standard channels and build long-term trusting relationships with the customers to ensure they realize full value from their investment with Maersk

  • Continually assess customer progress toward states goals and drive expected results in the areas of adoption usage business value friction and overall relationship.

  • Quickly resolve customer challenges by leveraging resources from across the company as needed.

  • Manage the CAT allocation process and coordinate with customers to ensure they deliver on the commitment.

  • Manage the ocean & logistics contract renewals / tender handling by leveraging resources from across the company as needed.

  • Timely contract renewals & contract management

  • Working closely with front line sales for account planning goal setting and marketing strategies.

  • Communicates service or rate changes to assigned accounts.

  • Responsibility to carry out other various sales support tasks and commercial activities from start to finish.

  • Assist management with day to day needs of the team.

  • Assist the team with special projects and training activities.

  • Assist the team with reporting activities.

  • Assist managers with escalations and disputes.

  • Act as back-up for other Senior Customer Success Partners and Customer Success Manager when absent.

  • Responsible for escalating situations to management on a timely basis.

  • Handling a high-caliber client base of mostly top volume customers.

  • Be a strong role-model for what good looks like to others on the team.

  • Actively support implementation of local and global initiatives.

  • Drive and support functional transformation efforts.

  • Drive commercial actions and awareness within own team and with colleagues across functions and countries.


Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelors Degree or Related industry preferred College undergraduate is also acceptable.

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Support/Customer Support within similar area of expertise.

  • Account management execution/building customer relationships.

  • Commercial knowledge.

  • Understanding how it solves different customer pains.

  • Nice to have Experience using any CRM especially AFLS Athena MePC CMD (Customer Master Data) Web Based Maersk System SAP BI

  • Must be proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel Word and Outlook.
