Position Title: Content & Facebook Ads Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who can handle both Instagram content execution and Facebook Ads management. This role is ideal for someone who understands the difference between organic content and paid media strategy and can confidently manage analytics optimization and reporting.
This is a hands-on execution role not just planning or posting.
Key Responsibilities:
Management & Content
- Plan and maintain a cohesive grid layout
- Manage posting schedules and optimize timing based on performance
- Set up and manage Highlights
- Create engaging Reels and Carousel posts
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate closely with an in-house content capture person (photos/videos) including:
- Providing shot lists and content briefs
- Advising on formats optimized for Reels and Ads
- Giving feedback to improve performance
Facebook Ads Content & Management (Critical Role Requirement)
- Create Facebook ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives
- Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (not boosted posts)
- Handle audience targeting testing and optimization
- Monitor and optimize ad spend CPC CTR CPM and conversions
- Analyze performance data and implement improvements
- Prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights
- Communicate results and recommendations in a non-technical way
This role requires strong proven Facebook Ads experience. Content creators without solid ads knowledge may not be suitable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Instagram business accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm updates
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads & analytics
- Ability to track analyze and optimize ad performance
- Familiarity or strong interest in anime comics toys and pop culture
- Ability to collaborate with internal team members remotely
- Organized proactive and data-driven mindset
- Experience working with ecommerce or collectible brands
- Ability to align organic content with paid advertising goals
- Experience reporting directly to business owners or founders
