The facilitys manufacturing activities use the latest computer analysis techniques robotic technology and automated dump body paint plant. The Opportunity

Were seeking someone who can confidently coordinate across engineering functions provide clear technical direction and ensure design intent is understood and delivered accurately throughout the integration process. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders resolve complex interface issues with sound engineering judgment and maintain momentum by communicating requirements risks and solutions with precision. Youll foster a proactive qualitydriven approach within the team helping colleagues stay aligned informed and focused on delivering robust integrated design outcomes.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Researching new materials and competitive products. Organizing coordinating and executing the building testing and analysis of prototypes.

• Assisting supply specialists and buyers with supplier development and supplier performance. Overseeing the efforts of drafting and testing specialists.

• Developing and documenting functional requirements and translating into detail design documents. Participating in buy-build analysis for product components.

• Participating in and supporting proposal preparation cost estimates and technical reports.

• Budgeting and budget management support activities

• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering Computer Science or Materials Science curriculum.

Degree Requirement
Bachelors degree in an accredited Mechanical Agricultural Aerospace Civil Metallurgical or related engineering curriculum is required.

Skills experience & qualifications you will have:

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours; Collaborating on complex designs and initiatives with global teams.

Product Design and Development
Proficiency in CREO or other CAD tools; Knowledge of product features; ability to design build and develop a new product technology or service from concept through to production; Understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities to ensure design promote efficient and quality manufacturability.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives projects groups or activities making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of technical problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Top Candidates will also have:

• Extensive experience collaborating across multiple teams and business units globally

• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency in CREO Simulate or other CAE tools.

• Executed all phases of a new product development program.

• Experience collaborating with manufacturers or suppliers to optimize designs for manufacturability.
