Duties Include:The following is a general but not fully inclusive list of basic daily/weekly job duties and functions:

Directly oversee train guide and support front of the house staff.
Indirectly oversee and support back of the house staff.
Monitor maintain and ensure friendly efficient service levels.
Be accountable for food and beverage items meeting or exceeding standards.
Daily observational coaching and guidance of each team member in relation to their performance.
Cleanliness sanitation and organization of the work area.
Provide ownership with constructive feedback in relation to improved

Additional Requirements:

Yavapai County Food Safety Manager Certificate. ( Department of Liquor License and Control Title 4 certificate
