At Neighbor were building the worlds largest hyperlocal storage marketplace. Weve raised over $75 million from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and the creators of DoorDash Airbnb and Uber. Our marketplace is already flourishing in all 50 states and were just getting started.
As our Marketing Operations Intern youll help scale one of Neighbors most important local growth channels: Google Maps. This role is highly execution-focused and will involve setting up managing and optimizing Google Maps pins at scale in partnership with Neighbor hosts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Google Maps Pin Setup: Work directly with Neighbor hosts to create publish and maintain Google Maps pins for their listings
- Pin Quality & Compliance: Ensure pins follow best practices and Google guidelines including accurate categories descriptions photos service areas and business details
- Pin Optimization: Improve pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos copy categories attributes etc.)
- Operational Scaling: Help build repeatable processes to scale pin creation and optimization across thousands of listings
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (rank impressions actions calls clicks) and report learnings to the Growth team
Qualifications
- Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelors degree program
- Must be available to work full time throughout the summer in Lehi UT
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
