Job Summary
- Support with fruit receival processing and other production duties
- Assist with fermentation management including Brix and temperatures pumpovers inoculations and additions and pressing
- Assist with cellar operations including barrel filling racking topping and other wine movements
- Perform grape sampling and maturity analysis as well as lab analysis of musts juices and wines
- Maintain a clean and safe working area - there are plenty of cleaning and sanitation duties
Qualifications :
- Previous harvest experience is a plus
- Solid communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic critical thinking skills and a positive team-building attitude
- Ability to work the entire harvest period from late August through November 2026
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended hours 6 days per week during peak harvest
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. climb ladders and stairs perform repetitive motions and work in variable temperatures and weather conditions
- Ability to work legally in the U.S.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
