This role offers the opportunity to partner with talented professionals guide strategic initiatives and play a key role in delivering highvalue solutions across a variety of projects.
- Permitting design and construction for solid waste facilities including landfills transfer stations and material recovery facilities
- Environmental compliance investigation and data management / analysis
- Feasibility studies technical evaluation operational enhancements for solid waste facilities
- Solid waste management planning sustainability waste minimization and beneficial reuse
- Oversee the full project lifecycle for solid waste initiativesincluding scope development cost estimation planning design permitting bidding construction and closeout
- Ensure all aspects of the projects meet client expectations adhering to the agreed scope budget and schedule
- Resolve complex technical financial scheduling and regulatory challenges through effective negotiation and solution-finding
- Utilize Foths project management methodologies to optimize project schedule resources and financial performance
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand client relationships
- Uphold strict safety standards and procedures
- Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Geology Environmental Science or closely related technical field
- A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in solid waste projects
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Prior experience working on solid waste projects particularly for public clients
- History of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in proposal development and cost estimation for civil construction projects
- Experience in regulatory negotiations and issue resolution
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
