WhatYoullDo

Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies

Source engage and assess both active and passive candidates through diverse channels

Conduct structured interviews ensuring fair and consistent evaluation practices

Act as a trusted advisor tobusiness partnersprovidingmarket insights salary benchmarking and hiring recommendations

Ensure a strong candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the process

Partner with TA leadership on projects such as employer brandinginclusivehiring or process improvements

Negotiate offers and close candidates

Provide data-driven updates on hiring progress

WhatWereLooking For

2-5 years of experiencemanaging full-cycle recruitment

Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience

Stronginternal customermanagement and influence skills

Familiarity with competency-based interviewing

Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms

Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once

Customer service skills
