This position is the perfect union of accounting IS and business administration. The Financial IS Systems Manager is responsible for the administration organization integration strategic support of Beneschs financial systems with the primary responsibility for the Aderant Expert financial system. This position leads the planning implementation and maintenance of all Financial technology workflow automation solutions and the financial data that are critical to Beneschs operations and acts as a liaison between Finance and the Technology team. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES KEY COMPETENCIES Able to maintain strict confidentiality of the Firms internal and personnel affairs and client information. Proven ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative approach to working with internal clients across practice groups and with management. Must be proactive and deliver high quality work. Able to anticipate problems and issues and exercise independent judgment to make sound justifiable decisions and take action in solving problems while knowing when and to whom to escalate issues. Foster an environment of continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS The Financial IS Systems Manager will hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Systems bringing 710 years of experience in financial analysis with demonstrated expertise in data analysis and progressive responsibility in related roles. This position requires strong project management skills with the proven ability to successfully oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The Manager of Financial Systems should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities including experience working with large datasets and be highly proficient in SQL Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel skills) and Power BI.
