MES Systems Administrator Rockwell PharmaSuite
Location: St. Louis MO (Onsite local candidates only)
Contract: 6 months likely 6-month extension
Rate: $100/hr (C2C or 1099 only)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced MES Systems Administrator to support the configuration enhancement and daily operation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

This role is focused on Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite (FTPS 8.0) and requires hands-on configuration and production support experience.

Key Responsibilities

Configure enhance and support Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite (FTPS 8.0)
Create and maintain product workflows specifications and data collection configurations for new product introductions and process changes
Provide production support for MES operations including:
- SAP interfaces
- Electrical test interfaces
- Master data maintenance
- Process modeling
- MES transactions and user interface functionality
- Database and reporting support
Support system integration and acceptance testing activities
Communicate business requirements with engineering and manufacturing stakeholders
Participate in software validation activities as required
Provide rotational 24/7 support for manufacturing-related system issues

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite (FTPS 8.0) (mandatory)
Experience supporting MES in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device preferred)
Strong experience in MES configuration and production support
Experience supporting SAP integrations within a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of SQL databases
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical device manufacturing
Exposure to Computer System Validation (CSV) activities
Familiarity with Windows Server environments
Experience supporting manufacturing automation or test equipment integration
