The Skinny Pancake is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our highvisibility University of Vermont location. This is a unique opportunity to run a beloved campus restaurant with the support of a seasoned Operations and HR team while still having the autonomy to shape your own culture systems and success.

What Youll Do:
- Lead daily operations with a focus on hospitality quality and efficiency
- Recruit train and mentor a highperforming team
- Build a positive inclusive workplace culture
- Manage financial performance inventory ordering and scheduling
- Ensure smooth service during peak campus hours
- Strengthen relationships with UVM partners and the broader Burlington community
- Uphold our mission of local sourcing and sustainable practices
What You Bring:
- 3 years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM level)
- A leadership style rooted in empathy accountability and communication
- Strong operational skills you know how to run a tight ship
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to coach motivate and develop a diverse team
- Comfort working in a fastpaced highvolume environment
- A desire to be part of a missiondriven communityminded company
