Job Description:
- Service current customers and develop new customers. Achieve sales targets through
- technical sales presentations.
- Must retain existing businesses within business parameters set by the company.
- Collect due out standings from the market on time. Define our credit terms to the customer with clarity and ensure recovery accordingly.
- Facilitate all customers technically to ensure customer satisfaction. Understand the given product portfolio as well as the allotted list of customers to ensure correct introduction and establishment of products.
- Establish a long term relationship with customers and be their partners in progess.
- Remain informed and up-to-date with the market activities/trends competitors activities product knowledge and usage and keep the senior management informed through meaningful visit reports.
- Must be able to explain ideas and communicate effectively with the customers and suppliers.
- Must work within the defined systems and processes.
- Must be particular and disciplined in timely Reporting according to the set protocols of the company.
- Must focus on customers development.
- Must be presentable extrovert and outgoing in nature.
- Must have negotiation and Presentation skills.
- Must continuously make an effort to develop own skills and knowledge in order to perform better.
Experience: At least 10 to 20 years in Technical sales in the Textile Industry and 4-5 years in Production in Textile Processing.
Education: B. Tech / Diploma in Textile Chemistry / Textile Processing.
Location: Mumbai
