Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Support with communication of purpose and values of the organization through real life lived stories Chairman emails CEOs emails

2. Help with development of draft of policies as may be decided by the Business Council

3. Provide data-driven insights through Industry and competition benchmarking to support leadership decision-making

4. Support with standardization of review formats and processes (calendarization single source of truth for each data point action taken reports etc.)

5. Assist in regular review of businesses and their performance

6. Support the Business heads with strategy building by taking input from various stakeholders (function heads CFO industry reports etc.)

7. Use basic FP&A principles to enrich decision-making with clearer visibility on financial drivers and performance patterns

8. Integrate focused financial analytics to supplement business discussions with concise actionable insights

9. Create coordination between cross-functional teams by monitoring progress minimizing communication gap and support in driving actions to completion

10. Give insights of overlap or duplication of work or multiple priorities with people/ cross-functional teams to ensure focus on priority areas.

11. Act as a filter to ensure that promoter group is receiving relevant and meaningful insights that enable decision-making.
