Description

As aSenior Talent Acquisition Specialist - EXECUTIVE SEARCHhere at Honeywell you will develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract engage and hire top-tier professionals across our global operations.

You will report directly to our Talent Acquisition Director and youll work out of our Phoenix AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact the organization by ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent aligning recruitment strategies with our business goals and enhancing our employer brand.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and executives to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Be a part of a team of talent acquisition professionals that provide guidance and support in sourcing screening and selecting candidates.
  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle including developing job descriptions conducting interviews and negotiating offers.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices on a global scale.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
