Job Summary
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Onsite)
Location: Columbia TN (Onsite)
Compensation: $18 $20/hour Overtime Opportunities
About the Role
Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can step in and produce immediately. This is a high-volume fast-paced role supporting light industrial hiring. If you can manage multiple priorities stay organized under pressure and keep a pipeline moving daily this is for you.
What Youll Do

Own the full front-end recruiting process for light industrial roles

Screen high volumes of candidates daily via phone and text

Schedule and coordinate interviews quickly and efficiently

Administer and track candidate assessments

Fill open job orders with urgency and accuracy
-
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal teams
-
Keep ATS and candidate records updated in real time
-
Support onboarding steps including basic HR documentation and compliance

Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact to placement
What Were Looking For
-
Proven experience in recruiting staffing or HR support
-
Background in light industrial staffing is strongly preferred

Strong phone presence. Youll be on the phone a lot

Ability to screen candidates quickly and make solid judgments

Typing speed of at least 50 WPM (accuracy matters)

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Comfortable working in a high-volume fast-moving environment

Ability to prioritize and fill multiple job orders at once

Strong interpersonal skills. You need to connect with people fast
Nice to Have

Experience with onboarding compliance or HR processes

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

Experience administering assessments or pre-employment screenings
