Location: Cape Town (Woodstock area)
Working Model: Fulltime & one remote day per week (Hybrid)

Salary Range: R 900 000 RCTC (experience & qualifications dependent)

What Youll Lead & Own:
- Full leadership of the finance function ensuring precision control and clear financial visibility across the business
- Overseeing month-end year-end management reporting and audits for the South African entity
- Preparing and reviewing management accounts budgets forecasts and cash flow models for executive decision-making
- Maintaining strong relationships with banks auditors funders and external advisors
- Managing inter-company transactions and reconciliations and supporting group consolidations
- Applying transfer pricing principles and ensuring accurate inter-company billing
- Driving financial modelling scenario planning and expansion strategies
- Strengthening cost accounting manufacturing controls and margin analysis
- Enhancing systems use (including Xero) to drive better automation accuracy and integration across finance inventory and planning functions
- Collaborating with merchandise operations and systems teams to sharpen planning stock control and pricing decisions
- Identifying gaps and inefficiencies and implementing smart practical solutions
What You Bring:
- A Degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline (essential)
- A professional qualification (CIMA or CA) highly advantageous
- 5 years experience in a senior finance or financial management role within a product FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and comfort navigating multiple systems
- Expertise in inter-company accounting group consolidations and multientity structures
- Exposure to international tax VAT and excise tax (bonus!)
- Experience in merchandise or demand planning (advantageous)
- Sharp analytical and modelling skills
- Credibility and confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders auditors and financial partners
- A calm detailoriented approach balanced with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get operational
