What the job involves
Managing end-to-end delivery of communications marketing and digital projects
Owning projects from brief to final delivery timelines budgets quality the lot
Bringing a strategic lens to delivery (not just task tracking)
Managing multiple workstreams at once calmly and confidently
Working closely with internal teams and external partners/suppliers
Handling financial project management: estimates budgets time allocations and billing processes
Building strong client relationships and presenting clearly and confidently
Supporting new business efforts (including selling in work to new and existing clients)
Keeping delivery tight through strong process documentation and accountability
What you need to be considered
8 years experience in project management within digital marketing communications and/or website development
- A marketing degree or diploma
- Strong client service experience
A proven track record delivering quality work for demanding high-profile clients
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Solid understanding of financial project management (costing budgeting billing)
The ability to manage pressure and keep multiple projects moving at once
Confident communication and presentation skills
A collaborative team-first attitude with the independence to run your lane
Bonus points if you
Have experience in production social media and/or activations
Enjoy selling in work and spotting opportunities with clients
Love purpose-led work and using digital innovation to do more (smartly)
