Attached to the Sale Director in Germany your mission is to deploy and implement Zennios global marketing strategy in the assigned country reporting functionally to Zennios Corporate Marketing Department adapting actions messages and content to the local market in order to increase brand visibility brand awareness and business opportunity generation while ensuring full alignment with the companys global guidelines positioning and standards.

You will be responsible for:

Creating and managing local digital marketing content aligned with global brand strategy.
Adapting global campaigns and materials to the local language and cultural context.
Planning and executing the local communication calendar across digital channels.
Managing local social media profiles and newsletters to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Creating original local content (text visual and audiovisual) in coordination with the corporate team.
Supporting and promoting local trade fairs and events including content creation and lead follow-up.
Preparing marketing materials to support the local sales team.
Collaborating with local influencers media and partners to amplify brand visibility.
Monitoring local marketing KPIs analyzing results and reporting performance.
Working closely with Corporate Marketing and local Sales to align actions with business objectives.

We would like you to have:

2-4 years of experience in this role.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communication Digital Media or similar
Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
Experience managing social media profiles for a brand or company.
Experience in email marketing campaign execution and performance analysis.
Experience supporting trade fairs or events from a marketing and communication perspective.
Experience working with corporate marketing teams or within structured brand guidelines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English (C1).
Ability to adapt global messages to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
Organizational and planning skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
