Qualifications :
- 6 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns across digital channels such as search engines app stores display and social platforms with strong knowledge of emerging trends including AI-powered advertising
- Proven ability to design data-driven strategies leveraging advanced audience segmentation keyword and interest research and robust feedback loops to optimize user quality targeting and acquisition costs
- Demonstrated strengths in analyticstranslating complex campaign data from multiple channels into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive growth and ROI
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams in fast-paced results-driven environments
- Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders & decision markets across the business
- A track record of utilising AI-driven tools and solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency with an eagerness to experiment & learn
- Excellent organizational skills and creativity with the ability to manage multiple projects develop impactful campaigns and collaborate on compelling ad copy and creative assets; fluent in English with additional European language proficiency especially German a plus
