We are on the lookout for a Hybrid Graphic Design Project Manager who can blend project management skills with graphic design expertise. This unique role will involve direct communication with clients and the ability to create customized artwork tailored to their specifications particularly for projects like event bags. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and create customized artwork that meets their specifications.
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Oversee the creative execution of projects using graphic design software to create visual assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment on design and project objectives.
- Prepare regular progress reports for clients and stakeholders addressing any issues that may arise.
- Implement quality assurance checks on all creative deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and support to junior design team members as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Project Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Sketch).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a knack for client interaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment balancing remote and onsite work.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project management role preferably in graphic design.
- Experience interacting directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Prior experience overseeing design projects from concept to final execution.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience leading a team and providing constructive feedback on design work.
