Job Description: Personal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
  • Manage and organize daily schedules appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and ensure follow-ups on action items.
  • Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Conduct research and compile reports to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Assist in project management duties ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the executive team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment preferably within the pest control or service industry.
  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
