Job Description: Personal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage and organize daily schedules appointments and meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and ensure follow-ups on action items.
- Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Conduct research and compile reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Assist in project management duties ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
- Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the executive team.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment preferably within the pest control or service industry.
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
