We are looking for a Head of HR and Administration to take full ownership of our people operations and organizational infrastructure. You are able to balance high-level strategy with daily administrative execution and as the backbone of our Swiss operations you ensure our team is supported our compliance is airtight and our office runs smoothly.
Tasks
- Take ownership and manage the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
- Being responsible for payroll processing social security coordination and benefits administration ensuring accuracy and compliance with Swiss labor laws.
- Oversee general administration
- Develop and maintain internal regulations employee handbooks and manage HR related security compliance under ISO 27001.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in HR and administration ideally in a fast-paced Swiss startup or tech environment
- Command of Swiss labor law social insurances (AHV BVG UVG) and local payroll regulations
- Organized reliable and willing to get your hands dirty
- Excellent oral and written skills in both English and German.
- Work permit in Switzerland required
